The Site is operated by Lisco Solutions, a software development and technology services company headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean Lisco Solutions.

You may use the Site only if you are at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding agreement under the law applicable to you. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Site is primarily an informational and marketing platform. The Lisco Solutions name and logo are trademarks of Lisco Solutions. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

When you submit information through our contact, "get started", or any other form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that information to evaluate your inquiry, respond to it, deliver requested services, maintain records, and improve our offering. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that the submission does not violate any third-party rights. We are not obligated to respond to any particular submission.

The Site links to live product demos and partner websites hosted on third-party domains. These resources are provided for convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Following a link is at your own risk.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
